The Jaffery Institute of Professional Studies (JIPS) was officially launched in the first quarter of 2001, offering its first course in Information Technology, accredited by Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
The School of Business Studies was established and commenced offering accounting courses of ACCA and CAT from July 2001 and marketing courses accredited by CIM from September 2006.
Our lecturers consist of highly qualified and experienced team with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
Currently, JIPS has 4 fully furnished computer labs with a total of 40 computers with latest software on board for use of students.
The institute has 8 lecture rooms and a reading cum internet room for each faculty.
Students have access to information through the internet and library books at the institute.
